Regardi...Yes Pravs, It's indeed a nice combination. Regarding the addition of anchovies...You can soak fish in water for 1o to 15 minutes until soft. Then snip off the heads and clean it with more water. After that mix some turmeric and chilli powder with the fish. Coat well and allow to rest it for 1/2 an hour. Then shallow fry the fish with some oil and set aside. You can add it along with mochai and coconut milk. Boil to the right consistency.<BR/>Vadagam is a combination of dried small onions, garlic, mustard seeds, methi seeds, curry leaves etc. I usually get mine from my MIL. It is like a flavoring agent for any curries. will try to post the picture sometime.Kribhahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11978204535724288270noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-530049351176064039.post-90945047971834308412007-05-21T11:43:00.000-05:002007-05-21T11:43:00.000-05:00Good to see a brinjal recipe...maybe i will try wi...Good to see a brinjal recipe...maybe i will try with dried anchovies..nice combination :D.
